Return Policy

We at GadgetHyper Inc hope you love your new purchase. If not, we will happily accept your return for a refund or an exchange, subject to the conditions below: 

  • Orders must be made at our official website. If you place the order on another platform, please contact their customer service for further help.
  • Products can be returned within 30 calendar days of the shipment receiving date, excluding Final Sale items. Returned items must be postmarked at the designated shipping facility within the 30 calendar days Return Period.
  • Item(s) must be returned in original packaging.

  • Final Sale Items (Final Sale Items are indicated as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.)
  • Any damage caused by individual factors, such as:

(a) Products have been used, damaged, stained, worn, or tainted including smell which would affect the ability to resell.

(b) Products without all original components 

GadgetHyper Inc reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above. In some cases, GadgetHyper Inc might charge a cleaning/restocking fee.

 

If you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received is dependent on the total cost of the order (Buy More, Save More Sale) and you wish to return an item(s), then the discount you qualified for is subjected to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion. Refunds will then be recalculated accordingly to reflect promotional terms.

 

Return Cost

For returns, customers are required to cover the return shipping expenses themselves. To ensure timely delivery and minimize the risk of loss, we recommend using major international logistics companies such as UPS/DHL for your return shipments. Please note that there is no flat fee for domestic orders, and you have the option to use your preferred courier service at your own cost. 

 

International Orders Return Policy 

International customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost, any duty, and tax that occur when requesting return service. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

 

Before you return your order, please check your local customs and borders office and file a request to return your items.

 

GadgetHyper Inc is not legally authorized to do so on behalf of our international customers. Please file the request first before sending back your items.

 

Instructions On How To Return

To return products purchased from GadgetHyper Inc, please contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your product(s) and complete the following steps: 

 

  1. Request a return by sending an email to info@gadgethyper.com.

 

  1. Pack the item(s) in the original GadgetHyper Inc packaging and ship them back within 7 business days. Return and refund will no longer be accepted if you miss the return window. 

 

  1. Once your return package has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your refund/exchange. You will receive separate e-mails when we receive your returned package and when the refund is processed*.

 

*Typically it takes 3-7 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
