I want to clarify sincerely that the unit we sell is the official global version provided directly by BEITONG. All global versions sold through authorized channels share the same specifications, and the product information on our site is based on official materials supplied by BEITONG. We do not modify or downgrade any features ourselves.
For clarity, based on official information provided by BEITONG, the differences between the Mainland China version and the International version are as follows:
• Polling rate & NearLink:
Mainland China version supports 2000Hz and NearLink; the International version is 1000Hz and does not include NearLink.
• User manual languages:
Mainland China version is Chinese only; the International version includes 8 languages (English, Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese).
• Software support:
Mainland China version only works with the Chinese BEITONG software; the International version supports the English software.
• AI voice features:
Mainland China version supports AI voice (Mandarin only); the International version currently does not. All other core functions are the same.
That said, if any description on our side was unclear or inaccurate, we take full responsibility and will correct it immediately. We never intend to mislead anyone, and we fully understand how frustrating it is when a product doesn’t meet expectations.
