The plate I bought had a defect but after an email showing the plate was not seated correctly, they quickly got me another faceplate free of charge and shipped it to me. After a week, I received the replacement, and it fits perfectly. This sort of customer service is rare nowadays and I greatly appreciate how quick and professional their Customer Support is. I would be willing to buy from here again.

It’s a good controller the fact you can change modules is a really good option

I can't say enough about how great this controller is. It is very reasonably priced, the interchangeable parts are also very reasonable. I don't know of any other controller that has all these options without braking the bank.
There customer service is fantastic. I were quick to answer my questions (within 24 hours) which is unheard of in this day and age of auto bots that prevent you from talking to a human being.
