So first of all, if you have decent finger dexterity and strength and are comfortable using your ring and middle finger simultaneously and don't have issues with accidentally gripping the controller tightly in tense situations, then the OG paddle is going to be the superior option.
I bought the stock short and the half dome medium because I knew my finger dexterity and strength are pathetic.
The half dome medium is perfect for all of the problems I listed above. You won't click by accident and when you do want to click it the way it's designed makes your fingers feel stronger and less strained. The click doesn't feel as nice as the stock removable paddle click but it's fine. The material feels a bit cheap but it's also fine. It will naturally take a bit longer to swap your middle finger between the half dome medium paddle and the built in paddle but I'm ok with that tradeoff. Also to be clear, you can't use your ring finger with the half dome medium, get the half dome short if you wanna do that.
As for the stock short, I think the purpose of this is if you want to only use your middle finger but want to be able to swap super quickly between the two paddles. There is basically no reason I can see for using this if you want to use your ring and middle finger, this is just an inferior version of the original flydigi removable paddle in that case. Also tbf you can exclusively use your middle finger with the default paddle, it's just a little bit more awkward than with the stock short. This stock short also feels a bit mushy when being clicked and the material doesn't feel great.
Personally I wish i had got the half dome short instead of this, in fact I wonder if the half dome short might have made it feasible to use middle and ring finger comfortable simultaneously. However I could imagine it being less comfortable than the half dome medium, hard to tell without being able to test it.
Also whilst I could conceive of this material breaking, I'd rate the odds as pretty low.
I think this price is pretty ridiculous given the cheap materials and ease of 3D printing, they should give you a copy of all of these options for $15. However if you have the issues I outlined earlier then I recommend half dome medium or half dome short.
I ordered two versions, the half dome short and the stock short, because I wasn't sure which version I'd prefer. I noticed that the half dome short were difficult to insert, but while trying to remove them, one of them snapped, and left a piece behind in the slot for the paddle, making it impossible to put a paddle back in. I have absolutely no way to remove this piece of plastic, no matter how hard I try. In short, I can no longer use one of the paddles on my brand new vader 5. Thanks, Gadget Hyper.

stock short paddles are a game changer. The shipment to Poland took 12 days, so it wasn't too bad. they seem as solid as the original ones. the texture is nice to touch. in racing games where you want to maintain the immersion of pressing the paddles when changing gears, they are perfect. are mandatory in racing games where you need to change gears confidently with your middle finger. the original paddles were probably designed for occasional clicking with the fourth finger, but obviously the fourth finger is not as steady as the middle one and after a few minutes of changing gears you start to feel discomfort. and the top button (m1 and m2) requires you to bend your middle finger. stock short paddle solves this problem and you can finally change gears comfortably with your middle finger and hold the gamepad firmly with the rest of your fingers. very well calculated pressure force needed to press, because at the same time you can firmly cover the gamepad with your entire hand, the paddle does not press itself, and at the same time you do not have to press it so hard that it breaks the immersion during the race. really good job. the original ones were sometimes too sensitive, not to mention that they were obviously too long. as for the half dome short and medium versions, in my opinion they could be a little more tilted. in other words, the dome itself is quite perpendicular to the pad. If I succeed, I will attach a photo of what I mean. they are fine if we keep our fingers calmly on the dome, but if we start waving our fingers during intense gameplay, the middle fingers meet and it's a bit annoying. However, they are suitable for quieter adventure games.
this review is just for the stock short paddles. short paddles feel great and allow me to hold the controller normally without risk of hitting the paddle on accident. with that said, the durability complaints from others might have some merit. mine are fine but it is something to keep in mind.

UPDATE:
GadgetHyper reached out to organize a replacement to be sent. Their customer service was great.
My second set of short paddles works great and it truly improves ergonomics over the stock paddles. I feel like this gives better access to the back buttons as well.
The quality of the print in this second set I got feels much sturdier than the first one received that broke while installing.
There might be some quality control issues with the print as other users expressed similar concerns, but at least it seems buyers can rely on GadgetHyper's support if things do fail.
10/10 customer support.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
They break extremely easily. I really wanted to like these... but the quality of the material is not good.
I bought a set of the short paddles and a couple other variants in black.
Unfortunately they are extremely fragile and brittle.
I'm not sure if I got unlucky with a bad print but the pin to lock the paddle in place broke as I was was installing them for the first time.
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — this is definitely not the quality we aim to deliver.
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’ve already passed this on to our factory so they can review the material and improve durability in future production.
