Regarding the Beitong KP70, among the units sold through our store, you are currently the only customer who has reported this specific issue. If other users have experienced similar problems with units purchased elsewhere, those cases would unfortunately be outside the scope of our store’s warranty.

We also want to clarify that we did not ignore your messages. Since you first contacted us, we have been responding and assisting you throughout the process, including continuing communication during the Lunar New Year holiday.

At the beginning, we asked for a video of the issue so we could submit it to Beitong for technical review. After reviewing the first video, their engineers asked for another recording showing both the screen and the controller at the same time. This request was made by the manufacturer in order to determine whether the issue is related to hardware, firmware, or usage conditions.

We understand that this troubleshooting process can feel inconvenient, but it is not our intention to make things difficult. When an issue occurs, we work together with the manufacturer to investigate and find the correct solution. If it is ultimately confirmed that the issue cannot be resolved, we will of course proceed with warranty service according to your preference, including a replacement or refund.
