Based on what I had read before ordering, the experience with GadgetHyper pretty much matched what people were saying.
What I liked more was the fact that I didn’t really have to follow up or chase anything after placing the order.
I got the usual order updates, and when I had a small question before shipping, I did get a response without any delay or confusion.
Nothing felt “uncertain” after payment, which is honestly what I care about more than anything when ordering from a store I haven’t used before.

After using it for a few longer sessions, what stood out more was actually how natural it feels during gameplay rather than any single “premium” feeling.
It doesn’t feel fragile or overly light, but also not trying too hard to feel high-end either.
I mostly stopped noticing it while playing, which is usually a good sign for me since I tend to notice discomfort pretty quickly with controllers.

I’ve been using it mostly for FPS and some casual games over the past few days. So far it’s been stable without any connection drops or random input issues. Everything registers properly during gameplay and I haven’t had any moments where I felt like the controller was lagging or acting inconsistent. It just does its job in the background without drawing attention to itself.

Shipping was actually faster than I assumed for an international order. I expected at least a couple of weeks, but it arrived sooner than that. The tracking updates were consistent enough that I didn’t feel like I had to guess where the package was. It showed up in good condition and nothing was damaged in transit, which is always a plus when ordering gaming gear online.
The controller also looks really good in person. I’ll need more time to properly test performance in different games, but so far I haven’t run into anything negative.

Setting it up was fairly straightforward. I paired it with my PC first and didn’t run into any real issues during the initial setup. It took a bit of time to get used to the button layout since it’s slightly different from what I was using before, but nothing confusing or frustrating. After a few matches everything started to feel natural. Overall first impression was just that it works as expected without needing extra tweaking.

First impression is the design looks really nice — I’ve used quite a few controllers before and this one was actually recommended by a friend.

Everything feels really smooth to use, no discomfort at all. The design looks great in person and it has a really nice solid feel when holding it. The weight is just right so even long gaming sessions don’t feel tiring.

Performance-wise it’s very responsive, I don’t feel any delay when playing. Overall it just feels comfortable and easy to use.

Great customer service! My delivery got stuck at customs and they responded fast and offered excellent solutions.

I bought this after comparing a few similar controllers in the same range, mainly because I wanted something functional without overthinking specs too much.
So far it’s been doing what I need it to do without any strange behavior or surprises during use.
I’m not treating it like a high-end upgrade or anything, but for everyday gaming it fits my expectations and doesn’t feel like something I’d regret buying.

Compared to the controller I was using before, KP70 feels a bit more refined in terms of responsiveness. It’s not like a night-and-day difference, but in faster-paced games the inputs feel slightly cleaner and more predictable. Especially when doing quick movements, it feels easier to stay consistent. That alone made it feel like an upgrade for me.

This controller boast a lot of promising features with adjustable stick tension and capacitive sticks but unfortunately falls short on its core metrics that i value as a competitive player. The thumbstick latency is very poor, although i did not test it myself it shows on gamepadla to have in the ball park of 15 ms stick latency, i was willing to look past that for the capacitive sticks though which have very high resolution, but unfortunately when i was playing my aim felt very inconsistent and i knew something was off. Turns out after testing resolution i could not get a consistent result, sometimes i would get very high res sometimes pathetically low. The final nail in the coffin is the ergonomics the grips on this controller are very oddly shaped and i don’t like them. Overall this controller couldve been great for competitive play but fell flat in the face of the most three most important aspects in my opinion which are latency, precision, and comfort.

Big thanks to the customer service team first — they were really patient and helped me choose the right model based on what I needed. I even tested it with them and got the software mapping set up perfectly, which matched exactly what I wanted. Honestly the support was super reliable.

The controller itself also feels really good. It connects to my PC very quickly and wireless gaming has no noticeable delay at all. At first I was a bit worried I might not get used to it, but the team basically helped me pick the right one and now I’m 100% satisfied. Will definitely come back to GadgetHyper again in the future.

Several users including myself are having serious issues with misinputs and key mapping. The controller will randomly press pause or left d pad in the middle of gameplay. The keymapping also doesn’t work when using the wireless dongle. I’ve reached out to both Beitong and GadgetHyper for support and they don’t respond. GadgetHhper will just keep asking for videos of the issue until you give up. The latest asking me to film my monitor and my controller simultaneously while playing the game. Worst support experience I’ve ever encountered. Hopefully Beitong releases an update with a fix, but right now it’s a paperweight.

Not only do I love the controller. The customer service was wonderful through the whole process. Letting me know everything I needed to know about the process of receiving my controller.

Worry-Free Purchase

Long story short, controller starts to vibrate while and after gaming, you have to manually turn it off to fix it each time.

Overall this is the best. I wish only for one more thing - an ability to map AI button since I don't use any "ai" features of this. But other than that - awesome device!

This was my first controller purchase thru GH and will be my last. They started selling it before announcing that the specs were different and worse than the Chinese version and that many features simply don't work. The controller is nice enough feeling but I want all my buttons to work and to not be misled when buying something.
