Due to Flydigi’s production capacity issues, the APEX 4 controllers weren’t available until September 20th. We received the stock on September 23rd, and your order was dispatched the same day, which we had mentioned in previous communications by emails, it's also as same as the shipment status shown.
After checking your order’s tracking information, it shows that your package arrived at the destination airport on September 26th. Unfortunately, it took 3 days to clear customs. Currently the package is processing by local service provider, we have pused them to update the status and deliver the package to you asap.
