Great Controller with QC One Issue

Controller works great but the motor in the right trigger used for the trigger lock occasionally becomes disabled and doesn't work. To fix the issue (temporarily) I have to re-calibrate the controller several times until it works again. This happened a total of two times.

Exceeded Expectations

This is my first Flydigi product. I’ve been using the controller primarily for Marvel Rivals and Silksong. Have had no issues with the controllers, really and loving how tactile everything is. The software for this controller really does let you fine tune your own experience. I’ve read other reviews being critical of this controller and its quality control but have not had any issues with it. My experience with controllers is I like to alter base controllers (adding new sticks, new buttons, new shells). And I have definitely come away form those experiences knowing what good quality feels like. I’m pretty rough with my controllers as well and the Apex 5, so far, has withstood that.

There was an issue with shipping where my shipment was delayed, but GadgetHyper communicated with me well about what was happening and even threw in a few extras for my trouble (to be clear I didn’t ask for that, I simply asked for an update and the were super professional and timely). Looking forward to ordering from them again!

Top tier controller

I have used one or two controllers in the past currently own a duelsense cyclone 2 Vader 4 and Xbox elite series 2 this controller leaves them all in the dust in terms of quality and performance.
