If you've ever used a Logitech GPW or GPX, you'll probably know within seconds whether this shape works for you. The Lancer.001 Pro follows that familiar symmetrical design philosophy while making a few subtle adjustments. The left side features a slightly deeper thumb groove, giving your thumb a more secure resting position during fast movements. On the opposite side, the gentle contour provides a natural place for your ring finger.

What impressed me wasn't that the shape felt revolutionary. It wasn't. Instead, it felt refined. You'll probably enjoy the Lancer.001 Pro if you prefer medium-to-large symmetrical gaming mice, already like the shape of the Logitech GPW or GPX, play competitive FPS games such as Apex Legends, CS2, or VALORANT, or want the flexibility to experiment with different switch feels without modifying your mouse.

On the other hand, if your top priority is owning the absolute lightest mouse available regardless of features, there are lighter options on the market. For me, however, the slightly higher weight feels like a worthwhile trade-off for the additional durability and the unique hot-swappable switch system.
