QIs it free to join?
Absolutely. It costs zero dollars. If you already have a standard customer account with us, you are automatically enrolled!
QCan I get points for my past orders?
Our tracking servers officially went online on June 12, 2026. Because of how the data logging works, we cannot retroactively apply points to orders placed before this date. Everything moving forward is fair game!
QDo my points expire?
Your Hyper Points are valid for 730 days (a full 2 years). As long as you earn or spend points at least once during that window, your balance stays completely safe.
QWho is eligible?
Every everyday gamer and community member. The only people excluded are scalpers, bots, and bulk commercial resellers. If we detect automated bulk buying, we reserve the right to reset that points balance to zero.
QCan I return or exchange a redeemed reward?
Generally, point redemptions are final. However, if you get a piece of swag and have an idea on how to make it cooler, hit up our support team. If we adopt your design or product feedback, we'll send a special gift to your door as a thank you.
